My Disability Matters Community Ltd has been created to improve the lives of people who live with disability.

Living with disability can be very challenging. Despite over ONE BILLION people worldwide living with disability, many are not included and cannot access the information and services they want and need.

My Disability Matters Community Ltd works cooperatively with My Disability Matters Pty Ltd and other companies, to develop and deliver services to the disability community.

In addition to the social impact achieved through the provision of services, we have two further social goals.

As MDM Community grows, we look forward to employing disabled people into as many positions as possible. People with disability will undertake roles across the company. In Australia, almost half of people with disability are not in the labour force (46.6%), compared with 16.8% of those without disability (ABS 2015).

The ultimate goal is to be in a position to provide grants to disabled people to enable them to start up their own business.

My Disability Matters Community Ltd has been endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as an Income Tax Exempt Charity (ITEC) and as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR Item1).
